My Role: Senior Manager, Graphic Design

This collection showcases the creative work delivered by the Graphic Design Team.

As Graphic Design Manager, I led a team of 5+ designers in creating marketing and in-game event assets for Big Fish Casino and Jackpot Magic Slots. My role blended strategic vision with hands-on creative direction, ensuring that all designs aligned with business objectives while maintaining brand consistency.

By overseeing the development pipeline, I streamlined workflows, assigned tasks, and provided feedback to uphold high-quality execution, resulting in visually engaging content that enhanced the player experience.

I focused on three key areas to drive creative excellence:

• Optimizing the design pipeline – Partnering with Marketing Managers and CRM teams, I established an efficient production pipeline to ensure quality control and timely asset delivery. By overseeing task assignments and providing structured feedback, I maintained high execution standards across all deliverables, utilizing tools like Jira and Asana for effective task tracking.

• Fostering ideation – I led brainstorming sessions with Marketing Leads to develop new in-game events. Once a suite of promotions was selected for testing, I collaborated with the creative team to build cohesive branding and reusable templates, enabling smooth monthly updates and effortless reskins.

• Ensuring high-quality output – As a creative leader, I provided art direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure brand consistency across all assets. I guided the creation of scalable designs, ensuring seamless adaptation across multiple formats, including in-game visuals, social media content, and newsletters. This approach contributed to a unified, high-quality player experience across all marketing and in-game events.
